Toolholders with grooves for rabbeting and profiling various types of wood and panels. Base body in light alloy. Diameter: 100 mm. Height : 50 mm. Bore : 30 mm. Speed of rotation : 5100 to 7100 rpm. Number of knives : 2. Number of shaves : 1 + 1. Dimensions of knives : 50 x 12 x 1.5 mm (2 cuts). Dimensions of levellers : 14 x 14 x 2 mm (4 cuts). Possibility of fitting 50 x 5.5 mm type DW-PLA477479FHT50 or 40 x 4 mm type DW-PLA477479FHT40 profiled bars. For moulding with profiled irons, the iron supports and levellers must be removed. Identical knives must be used in each set. Tool suitable for spindle moulders with mechanical feed (MEC). Can be fitted at the end of the shaft.
