Flexible hose to connect your machine to your vacuum system. Applications : Suction and transport of light abrasive particles, sawdust, fine dust and oil vapours. Very flexible, lightweight food-grade polyurethane hose with copper-plated steel spiral. Fairly smooth interior. Good resistance to abrasion, oil vapours and petrol. The corrugated wall allows the accordion effect (compression-extension). PUR polyester wall. Diameter: 200 mm . Thickness : 0.6 mm. Length : 10 metres. Colour : Transparent. Temperature : - 30°C / + 100°C. Bending radius : 135 mm. Operating pressure : 0.08 Bar. Vacuum: 0.05 bar. Earthing by connecting the ends of the steel wire. Hose complies with current standards. | User manual | Présentation du produit : Le tuyau flexible d'aspiration Diamwood est conçu pour relier vos machines à un système d'aspiration de manière efficace et durable. Utilité principale : Il est principalement utilisé pour l'aspiration et le transport de particules abrasives légères, comme les sciures et les fines poussières. Caractéristiques principales : Longueur de 10 mètres, diamètre de 200 mm, épaisseur de 0,6 mm, conçu en polyuréthane de qualité alimentaire avec spirale en acier cuivré. Température d'utilisation : de -30°C à +100°C. R de courbure : 135 mm. Pression de service : 0,08 Bar. Instructions d'utilisation : 1. Connectez le tuyau à votre machine d'aspiration. 2. Assurez-vous que le tuyau est bien installé pour éviter toute fuite. 3. Allumez votre machine pour commencer l'aspiration. 4. Gardez un œil sur la dépression pour une performance optimale. Précautions d'utilisation : Évitez de pincer ou de plier le tuyau trop brusquement, car cela pourrait l'endommager. Ne dépassez pas les plages de température spécifiées.
