Professional flexible hose to connect your machine to your vacuum system. Features: Smooth inside, good flexibility when cold, good resistance to oils and hydrocarbons, contains no halogens or plasticisers. Copper-plated steel spiral for earthing in accordance with BGR 132. The polyurethane liner used is food-safe in accordance with current CE and FDA standards, and is resistant to hydrolysis and microbial attack. Applications: Transport and suction of abrasive particles and granules at very high speed in the wood industry, metal and plastic processing, and urban hoovers. Diameter: 100 mm . Thickness: 1.4 mm. Length: 10 metres. Colour : Translucent. Temperature: - 30°C / + 100°C. Bending radius : 150 mm. Operating pressure: 1.10 Bar. Vacuum: 0.40 bar. Flexible hose that meets current standards. Son utilisation principale est d'aspirer des particules et granulés à haute vitesse, ce qui en fait un outil indispensable pour les professionnels du BTP. Avantages : Flexibilité, résistance aux huiles, norme d'hygiène. Caractéristiques principales : Longueur 10 m, diamètre 100 mm, épaisseur 1.4 mm, couleur translucide, température de fonctionnement de -30°C à +100°C. Instructions d'utilisation : Connectez le tuyau à votre machine d'aspiration, vérifiez l'étanchéité, et commencez l'aspiration des matériaux souhaités. Précautions : Ne pas dépasser la pression de 1.10 Bar, éviter les courbures serrées avec un rayon inférieur à 150 mm. Nettoyez régulièrement le tuyau pour maintenir ses performances. Entretien : Rincez le tuyau après chaque utilisation afin de prévenir l'accumulation de débris. |
