The RED GRINDER surfacing plate is specially designed to quickly remove the heaviest coatings, offering an effective solution for the most demanding tasks. With 6 brazed polycrystalline diamond (PCD) segments 4 mm high, supported by 3 high quality 4 mm arrow-shaped diamond segments, this tool guarantees exceptional speed, efficiency and guidance, even on the most problematic coatings.

User manual Présentation du produit : Le plateau de surfaçage Diamwood est un outil conçu pour éliminer rapidement les revêtements les plus lourds. Utilisé par les professionnels du BTP, il offre une solution efficace pour divers travaux exigeants. Utilité principale : Cet outil est idéal pour enlever des revêtements tels que epoxy, asphalte, colle, et autres. Ses segments en diamant permettent une rapidité et une efficacité sans égal. Caractéristiques principales : - Type : Plateau de surfaçage - Diamètre : 175 mm - Alésage : 22,23 mm - Épaisseur : 30 mm - Segments : 6 en PCD, + 3 de haute qualité - Vitesse de rotation maxi : Jusqu'à 15 300 T/min selon diamètre Instructions d’utilisation : 1. Fixez le plateau sur la machine compatible. 2. Assurez-vous que la surface à traiter est propre et sèche. 3. Démarrez la machine à faible vitesse pour vérifier l’alignement. 4. Augmentez progressivement la vitesse et commencez le dégrossissage. 5. Appliquez une pression uniforme pendant le travail.
