The special HILTI BIG BLACK GRINDER is designed primarily for the rapid removal of heavy coatings. 6 brazed segments, height 3.8 mm, made of polycrystalline diamond (PCD), dust extraction holes. Do not use on surfaces with nails or other types of fasteners, not suitable for metal materials. Can be used wet or dry. Suitable for machine: Hilti. Use: Plaster, mastic, paint, glue, bitumen, epoxy and asphalt. Users: Fitters, bricklayers and other construction trades. Disc diameter: 150 mm. Disc bore: 19 mm. Total disc thickness: 19.5 mm. Maximum feed speed: 80 M/S up to D. 230 mm and 100 M/S for other diameters. Maximum rotation speed: 15,300 rpm for D.100 mm, 13,300 rpm for D. 115 mm, 12,250 rpm for D.125 mm, 10,930 rpm for D. 140 mm, 10,200 rpm for D. 150 mm, 8,500 rpm for D. 180 mm, 7,650 rpm for 200 mm, 6,650 rpm for D.230 mm, 6,100 rpm for 250 mm, 6,400 rpm for D. 300 mm, 5,500 rpm for D. 350 mm, 4,800 rpm for D. 400 mm, 4,250 rpm for D. 450 mm, and 3,900 rpm for D. 500 mm.
