PCD (polycrystalline diamond) diamond grinding segment for surface grinding on adhesive, mastic, bitumen, paint, epoxy and elastic materials. High diamond concentration for good performance and long life. Can be used wet or dry. Suitable for: Floor sander / Floor surfacer. Users: Bricklayers, tilers, plumbers and other construction trades. Number of segments: 3 (two PCD segments and one standard round segment). Mounting bracket: 3 M6 holes. Direction of rotation: left. This product is of European design (Germany) and complies with current standards (EN 13236), all at factory price to avoid intermediaries. Use this product in accordance with the safety instructions and European machine standards in force. User manual Présentation du produit : Le segment de ponçage diamanté PCD de Diamwood est une solution efficace pour la rectification de surfaces. Son matériau polycristallin de haute performance est conçu pour un travail sur divers matériaux tels que la colle, le mastic, le bitume, l'époxy et d'autres matériaux élastiques. Utilité principale : Ce produit est principalement utilisé pour le ponçage lors de travaux de construction, de rénovation, et convient pour une utilisation à sec comme à eau. Caractéristiques principales : - Diamant polycristallin de haute concentration pour une durabilité augmentée. - 3 segments au total, dont 2 segments PCD et 1 standard rond. - Fixation facile avec 3 trous de connexion M6. - Sens de rotation à gauche. Instructions d'utilisation : 1. Installer le segment sur la ponceuse de sol en s'assurant que les vis sont bien serrées. 2. Ajuster la ponceuse en fonction de la surface à traiter. 3. Commencer le ponçage à basse vitesse pour une première passe, puis augmenter la vitesse selon les besoins. 4. Utiliser de l'eau, si souhaité, pour éviter la surchauffe du segment. Précautions d'utilisation : - Toujours porter des équipements de protection individuelle (gants, lunettes). - Suivre les instructions de la machine pour une installation sécurisée. - Ne pas forcer le segment sur des surfaces dures, ce qui pourrait entraîner une usure prématurée.
