Diamond crown with high-performance turbo segments for fast, accurate drilling. Laser-welded segments. Suitable for machine: core drill with coolant system. Applications: concrete, reinforced concrete (with up to 20 mm D. reinforcement), natural stone, breeze block, brick, aerated concrete and other building materials. Users: Bricklayers, electricians, plasterers and other trades. We recommend using an anti-lock ring for the crown to make it easier to dismantle the tool (SW41). Crown diameter: 40 mm. User manual Présentation du produit : La couronne diamantée Pro à eau Diamwood est conçue pour un perçage rapide et précis dans des matériaux de construction variés. Son utilisation principale est sur béton armé, car elle offre des segments turbo à haut rendement pour une performance optimisée. Caractéristiques principales : Diamètre de la couronne : 40 mm ; Longueur utile : 400 mm ; Hauteur des segments : 10 mm ; Emmanchement : 1" 1/4 ; Nombre de segments : 4. Instructions d’utilisation : 1. Fixez la couronne sur la carroteuse. 2. Assurez-vous que le système d’arrosage est activé pour éviter la surchauffe. 3. Démarrez la machine et commencez à percer doucement. 4. Augmentez progressivement la pression selon les matériaux. 5. Nettoyez régulièrement la zone de perçage. Précautions d’utilisation : Toujours porter un équipement de protection (lunettes, gants). Ne jamais forcer le perçage. Utilisez la bague antiblocage recommandée pour éviter les blocages.
